Ocean-Tamer Marine Bean Bags are covered under our lifetime materials warranty against product defects and workmanship when used under normal marine conditions. Materials covered under the Materials & Manufacturing Warranty include stitching, zipper, and handles.
Ocean-Tamer 5 Year Marine Vinyl Warranty
The Ocean-Tamer marine vinyl is backed by a 5 year warranty. This covers normal wear and vinyl defects under normal marine conditions. 5 Year Marine Vinyl Warranty includes fading, cracking, separating, and abrasion when the product is used properly under normal marine conditions.
Lifetime Accidental Damage Warranty
Ocean-Tamer Marine Grade Bean Bags are covered under our Accidental Damage Warranty when used under normal marine conditions and when accident is deemed unavoidable. The Lifetime Accidental Damage Warranty covers tears, rips, and punctures. Ocean-Tamer will repair or replace all Ocean-Tamer Marine Grade Bean Bags under these conditions for the life of the product. The Accidental Damage Warranty does not cover shipping cost to and from our facility.
Abuse of any of the above-mentioned warranties will void all warranties for the life of the product.
Normal Cleaning and Wash Down
To clean your Ocean-Tamer Marine Grade Bean Bag, start by removing excess dirt and rinsing with fresh water. Apply a mild soap and water solution (avoid detergents) using a soft-bristle brush, allowing it to soak for several minutes to loosen dirt or stains. For tougher stains, gently scrub with the brush. Rinse thoroughly with fresh water, avoiding direct spray on the zipper. Finally, hang your bean bag by its strap and let it air dry completely.
Heavy Cleaning
Follow steps above for normal cleaning and wash down
Retreat heavily soiled areas with another treatment of mild soap and water (add a little more soap if necessary)
Gently scrub the heavily soiled areas with a soft bristle brush until dirt and blood is loose
Let soak for several minutes
Gently rinse your Ocean-Tamer Marine Grade Bean Bag with clean fresh water (keep direct spray away from zipper)
Hang and allow to air dry
Repeat this process if necessary
